We’re confident in the quality of our products, but we also understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Our 7-day Returns Policy ensures that you’re never stuck with something that doesn’t work for you.

How Our Policy Works

Simple and Straightforward
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Full Refund
Return the item in its original, unused condition, and we’ll refund the purchase price (less a 15% handling fee).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Exclusions
Clearance (Scratch & Dent) items and open-box products are non-refundable.

Your Responsibility

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless LoveGo SA made an error.
  • Always notify us before initiating a return to ensure smooth processing.
  • For any refund requests, it is the customer's responsibility to submit the request via email.

Our Promise

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it promptly. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days. Because at LoveGo SA, we’re not just selling products – we’re building trust.
